Terms of Service

01Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Rikol.ai you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

02The service

Rikol provides an AI-assisted platform that briefs campaigns, matches and ranks creators, runs outreach and negotiation, and pays the creators whose prices you confirm. The service is currently offered in Malaysia and Singapore and may change as we add markets and features.

03Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

04Top-ups and billing

Billing uses MYR top-ups. Contact our team through the payment links in Billing to arrange payment. A top-up is recorded after payment is received and confirmed; opening a contact link does not make a payment.

Briefing and the first 30 matching creators per campaign are available without a top-up. A confirmed top-up of at least RM 100 unlocks more matching creators for the workspace.

Each creator is shown as one estimated price that includes our service fee. Confirming recruitment places each creator’s estimated price on hold in your wallet and charges nothing. Money on hold remains yours but cannot be used for anything else.

When our team has agreed a fee with a creator, you confirm that creator’s final price, drop the creator, or ask us to renegotiate. Confirming charges your wallet. If your free balance cannot cover the charge, the creator does not proceed until you top up.

If you drop a creator before confirming their price, the hold is released in full. After you confirm, if the creator withdraws before posting, the full charge is returned to your wallet. If you drop the creator after confirming, the charge less RM 100 is returned. No refund is due once the creator has posted or been paid.

You may request a refund of unused top-ups within 30 days. Contact our team for payment or refund enquiries.

05Creator engagements and payments

Rikol helps you plan and track creator campaigns. You review the brief in Recruit and click Send to authorize first outreach through Rikol. Sarah and our team handle creator negotiation and coordination. You confirm each creator’s price before you are charged for them, and Rikol pays each creator after they confirm their payout account. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your campaigns and the briefs you approve.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or any third-party platform’s rules (including TikTok, Instagram, Rednote, and WhatsApp).
• Send spam, deceptive, or harmful messages to creators.
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate another party’s content.
• Probe, scrape, or disrupt the platform or attempt to bypass its security or tenant isolation.

07Intellectual property

Rikol and its licensors own the platform, including its software, models, and brand. You retain ownership of the campaign content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to operate the service on your behalf.

08Third-party platforms

The service interoperates with third-party platforms that have their own terms. Your use of those platforms through Rikol is also subject to their rules, and their availability is outside our control.

09Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that matching results, creator responses, or campaign outcomes will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rikol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11Termination

You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for Rikol, creators, or other customers.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; when we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
