Frequently asked questions
How do I get access?
Rikol is in a limited, invite-only beta for brands in Malaysia and Singapore. Request an invite and our team will review your application. Access is enabled for approved email addresses or company domains.
Can I start for free?
Once invited, create a brief and explore up to 30 matching creators per campaign for free. Recruitment is paid from your wallet: you see each creator's estimated price and the total before you confirm.
What does an RM 100 top-up unlock?
Top up from RM 100 to unlock more matching creators. The money stays in your wallet for recruitment; RM 100 is not the price of an entire campaign. Request payment details through WhatsApp or email in your workspace. Our team confirms your balance after receiving payment.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. You top up a wallet in MYR. Your workspace shows your free balance, what is on hold, and a history of your top-ups, charges and refunds.
Are creator fees included?
Yes. Each creator has one price that covers their fee and our service. Until you confirm it, it is an estimate. Once our team agrees a fee with the creator, you see the final price in Sarah's chat and confirm it, drop the creator, or ask us to renegotiate. Rikol pays the creator. You never pay them directly.
When is my wallet charged?
Confirm recruitment charges nothing. It puts each creator's estimated price on hold in your wallet. You are charged one creator at a time, when you confirm their final price. If that price is more than the hold, the difference comes from your free balance. If your balance is short, Sarah tells you the exact top-up, and the creator waits until it arrives.
What happens if a creator drops out?
Before you confirm a creator's price, their hold comes back in full if they leave. After you confirm: if the creator pulls out before posting, the whole charge comes back to your wallet. If you drop them, part of it comes back, and you see the exact amount before you decide. Once a creator has posted or been paid, there is no refund.
Can I get unused top-up funds back?
You can request a refund of unused funds within 30 days of your top-up. This is separate from a creator refund, which goes back into your wallet.
Do I stay in control?
You choose your creators, review the brief in Recruit and click Send to start first outreach through Rikol. Sarah and our team manage negotiation, product trial, drafts and posting coordination. Recruitment moves through Brief aligned, Negotiating, Offer confirmed, Product trial, Draft approved and Live. A creator who agrees a fee waits at Offer confirmed until you confirm their price.
