What exactly is a credit?
One credit takes a single KOL all the way through a campaign — matched to your brief, recruited, briefed, content drafted and reviewed, posted, and paid. You pick a plan by how many KOLs you run a month, and unused credits roll over to the next month.
Do I pay the creators on top of my plan?
Yes. The plan covers Rikol managing everything; each creator's agreed fee is billed separately, at cost. Because there's no markup, you keep 100% of your media budget instead of losing 20–25% to an agency commission.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — every plan is monthly with no 12-month lock-in. Pause when a campaign cycle ends and pick back up for your next launch.
What if I need more KOLs mid-month?
